Place setting is truly an art, one which the ladies of Sitting in a Tree have down to a T. They are California-based event planners, and I’m truly in love with every single one of their featured events.

I’m so very tickled.
One of {s} and my favorite songs is Jason Mraz’s “I Won’t Give Up,” and we just found out he’s coming to Houston (well, Woodlands, close enough), and we’re going! I saw him at La Fête de la Musique in Paris in 2009, and he is phenomenal. Needless to say, there will be a countdown going, and I will cry when he plays the song.
I saw this picture on {m’s} Tumblr – www.fourthlake.tumblr.com (go now!) – and instantly fell in love. I want an unusual attic space in my house to recreate this! And I’ll also need to stop buying books on my Kindle…
Some other beautiful bookcase walls are featured below.
I was browsing through Oh So Beautiful Paper and stumbled upon a new stationary blog/online shop called Paper Nest by Lesa. I’m BLO (borderline obsessed). Aren’t these adorable?!
My self-inflicted shopping ban just got a little more painful, after I followed a tweet from Blair Eadie of Atlantic-Pacific to Plum Street Prints, where I discovered the most gorgeous iPhone covers ever. I mean, do you not think this is perfect for me? I did scratch up my current cover after a clumsy tumble on a recent run in Memorial Park, so perhaps this falls into the “Necessary Purchase” category. What do you think?
