Julia Ideson Library-Inspired Save-the-Dates

The wonderful ladies at Papellerie are at it again, creating one of my favorite unique save-the-dates ever. They designed a bookmark themed announcement for a wedding at the Julia Ideson Library in Houston, and I love how they turned out!

While I love my Kindle, I still love a good hardback book, and I am totally against folding pages over to mark my spot. I want to receive one of these bookmarks in the mail! Sasha and I attended a wedding at the Julia Ideson Library for two of our good friends last November, and I fell in love with this venue. Erin and Matt (well, perhaps just Erin) did a phenomenal job planning their big day – all of the subtle nods to the library surroundings were creative and very elegant. Both the bride and groom looked perfect. See some photos below, which I found on The Knot.

World’s Cutest Birthday Party Invitations

I saw these 1st birthday party invitations on Oh So Beautiful Paper, and immediately had a hunch as to who created them. They are the work of Melissa at Atheneum Creative (see these pop-up birth announcements and these bow-tie party invitations) – and I love them. All of the accompanying “branded” material is so cute as well – let’s talk about those ‘favorites’ napkins – could those be any cuter? I want my birthday parties to be this decorated. While I’m scared of Isla growing up too quickly, I’m excited to plan her first birthday party!

Dinner, Drinks and Jazz – Rehearsal Dinner Invitations

The geniuses at Papellerie are at it again – designing by far the coolest rehearsal dinner invitation I’ve ever seen (does anything else even compare?). When I saw these gorgeous New Orleans themed invitations on their website, I died. They are perfect. I love the box, the whiskey, the recipe, and the invitation. How impressive is this? There must have been a lot of very happy recipients!

Betsywhite Stationery

Every year, I look forward to Oh So Beautiful Paper‘s roundup posts of the National Stationery Show. I spend plenty of time looking through each post, staring at each picture and choosing my favorite designs of the year. In this post, I fell in love with Betsywhite Stationery – then I made my way over to their website, and it was over. Check out their lookbook and pictures from the show below, and you’ll totally understand why. I love finding new paper loves!

Favorite Etsy Shops

I love Etsy – not for all of the fru-fru bow or homemade DIY stores, but the amazing selection of custom stationery, stamps, prints, and decor. I recently browsed my order history (which is rather large) and realized how many gems I’ve found on this website.
